If you have purchased chips and have not received them or an e-mail regarding the status of your order, please consider reading the following tips:
Make sure the screen name you have provided is accurate. Missing or incorrect numbers/letters/symbols would not enable us to find you on the search feature.
Look in the PokerStars LOBBY under "REQUESTS" for the option that says "HIDE FROM SEARCH FEATURE". Having this activated would restrict us from locating your screen name. MAKE SURE IT IS UNCHECKED - if there is a CHECK MARK right next to it we will be UNABLE to find you.
Make sure you are seated at a table. In order to receive Play Money chips you must be seated at a table, so our representatives are able to complete the transaction.
Contact our support team, either with the LIVE CHAT option or sending an e-mail, if you would like to make corrections
to your info, or you have not received any chips or have received the wrong amount. We will fix any problems accordingly as soon as possible.
Once chips have been transferred to your account, WE CAN NO LONGER GIVE A REFUND. If we have made an error in the transfer, we will do everything possible to correct it.
We are able to compensate you either in Play Money Chips, PokerStars Real money. Each refund is handled on a case by case basis. We, as well as PokerStars, keep
strict records of all transfers and the BBB.com team will act upon your request according to what info we can retrieve from your personal file. All sales are final unless an error is made on the
part of a BBB.com team representative.
