If you prefer to go to a MoneyGram/Western Union location that would probably save you money. Once the money is sent you have to get back to us via email, phone, or simply come back to our Live Chat. We would need the transaction number for MoneyGram or the Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) for Western Union, the first and last name of the person sending the money, the location it was sent from (city, state, country), and a phone number.
